He obtained a $7,890,000 verdict in a civil rights and medical malpractice case against a doctor and municipality for the family of an Iraqi war veteran who committed suicide while in jail. The verdict was recognized as one of the top verdicts in New York State and in the United States. Mr. Warywoda previously won a $8.5 million verdict in a medical malpractice and products liability case which was recognized as a Top 30 verdict in New York State, as well as a $1,937,000 verdict in a medical malpractice case involving a failure to diagnose post-surgical infection. Recently, Mr. Warywoda obtained a $1.4 million dollar verdict for a woman who was struck by a car while she was crossing the street.
