Experience
Evelyn M. Evangelo is a seasoned litigation attorney who primarily handles medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction ("Labor Law") and personal injury claims. She graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a B.S. in Biology and attended law school at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. She was admitted to the bar in 2005.
During law school, she worked as a Legal Aide at the New York State Attorney General's Office in Mineola where she mediated consumer fraud complaints.
Following graduation, she worked in the Appellate Department of an in-house insurance defense firm in Manhattan. She thereafter worked at a firm on Long Island which concentrated in personal injury and wrongful death litigation involving aviation, automobile, medical malpractice and construction accidents.
Evelyn M. Evangelou resides with her husband and son in Wantagh, New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
