In New York State, pursuant to 10 NYCRR 415.30, defendant must provide plaintiff upon demand all nursing service policies and procedures as well as services policies and procedures. Specifically, 10 NYCRR 415.30, entitled "General records," provides that:

The nursing home shall maintain information necessary to permit the production of the following records immediately upon request and any other records required by the provisions of this Chapter:

(G) records for nursing service administration, including

(3) a nursing service policies and procedures manual.
